The Clients Requirement 

We will capture a detailed description about the role you are looking to fill, giving frank and realistic advise on the person you’re looking for and the package you’re prepared to offer. We need as much information about your company as possible.This will ensure that we are profiling the right candidate for you aswell as briefing our candidates correctly.

The Search

Once we have agreed to work together we will formulate a recruitment model utilising a number of different tools at our disposal. We normally begin by searching our own extensive database of candidates , past and current contacts in the industry and we will use targeted internet advertising campaigns. We will ensure that we will present a filtered selection of cvs for you to select from.

Candidate Selection

Our consultants are able to inteview potential candidates to ensure that they have the following important attributes.

The right personality, attitude and approach  to fit into your organisation.

Each candidate, providing they fit the skills set, is subject to a pre screening interview by our trained consultants to help us find out as much as possible before they make it onto our shortlist. When we are confident that the candidates we have selected meets your criteria we will then compile a shortlist of suitable CV’s which is sent to you for your evaluation. .


Management of Candidates

At this stage we would hope that you will be happy with the CV’s we have selected so that we can proceed to organising interviews for you. Once you have reached  a decision  we will inform the successful candidate with full offer details as well contacting those candidates that you have chosen not to select and relaying constructive feedback to them.

We do not comprise our professionalism, and will offer a tailor made solution to your current recruitment needs. All discussions with clients will be dealt with in strict confidence and never divulged to any competitors or near rivals.
